Seagreens® Ascophyllum nodosum is the organic kelp (a type of seaweed) species that we use in this product. It provides a natural source of iodine. Thyroid Support also contains selenium. Both iodine and selenium contribute to normal thyroid function.

This product is a high potency Vitamin D3 supplement suitable for vegetarians. One tablet provides 62.5µg (2,500i.u) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) at 1250% of the NRV.
