The low down:
Our lube has a low molar concentration, meaning it doesn’t dry out the vaginal tissues (which many lubes tend to do). Formulated to match healthy intimate pH at around pH4, our lube is not a spermicide or contraceptive. However, it has been tested to standard NFS 97–034 , ensuring it is compatible with latex, polyisoprene and polyurethane condoms. It has also been tested to ensure it is not cytotoxic (not toxic to cells) using a non-animal model.
It has also been formulated to minimise risk due to allergies. However, if you are allergic to the Asteraceae family of plants you may find this unsuitable for your needs. If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use and speak to your healthcare professional, such as a medical herbalist.
