This package is designed as tool for your health practitioner allowing optimum tailoring of your care to your needs. In addition your results will be assessed personally by our inhouse medical professionals and scientists.
How it works:
1) Take your test:
Collect your blood and microbiome sample at home.
2) Post your sample:
Post your blood sample back on the same day you take the test to our laboratory using the pre-paid envelope provided.
You can post your vaginal swab on any day as the sample is stable and does not need to be posted same day.
3) Receive your results:
Your blood results will be ready within 5-7 days.
Your vaginal microbiome results will be ready within 4-5 weeks
4) View your dashboard:
View your results and reports as well as a database of fertility foods and recipes on your ScreenMe platform.
Special instructions:
Take your blood test between day 2 and 5 of your period. It can be taken at any time if you are not having periods. Avoid taking biotin supplements for 2 days prior to this test. HRT and contraceptive pills can affect the results of this test. Avoid taking the sample from a finger used to handle hormone gels or hormone pessaries in the past 4 weeks.
Do not take you vaginal swab when on your periods. Avoid taking vaginal probioitcs if possible for 7 days prior to taking your swab. If you are on antibiotic, antimicrobial or anti fungal treamtent please wait 14 days following your treatment before taking your swab.
